Stain Removal: Mildew

Try bleaching white fabrics, or soaking and washing in a heavy-duty detergent containing oxygen bleach.

On washable material, cold rinse, then soak overnight in biological washing powder, then wash. On non-washable material I'm afraid you'll have to take it to the cleaners.

To remove mildew from shower curtains, scrub with a paste of baking soda and water, then rinse.
